Applicable Local Law definition

Applicable Local Law has the meaning set forth in Section 4.8(c).
Applicable Local Law means the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction (including any local registry or tax approval requirements), and, to the extent relevant, the governing provisions of the relevant Non-United States Retirement Benefit Plan.
Applicable Local Law means the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Member resided at the time that the Member dies.

  • Applicable Environmental Laws means any applicable federal, state, or local government law (including common law), statute, rule, regulation, ordinance, permit, license, requirement, agreement or approval, or any applicable determination, judgment, injunction, directive, prohibition or order of any governmental authority with jurisdiction at any level of federal, state, or local government, relating to pollution or protection of the environment, ecology, natural resources, or public health or safety.

  • Applicable Policy means any rules, policies, directives, standards of practice or Program Parameters issued or adopted by the Funder, the Ministry or other ministries or agencies of the province of Ontario that are applicable to the HSP, the Services, this Agreement and the parties’ obligations under this Agreement during the term of this Agreement.   • Automatic Location Identification Gateway or "ALI Gateway" is a computer facility into which CLEC delivers Automatic Location Identification (ALI) data for CLEC Customers. Access to the ALI Gateway will be via a dial-up modem using a common protocol. "Automatic Number Identification" or "ANI" is the Billing telephone number associated with the access line from which a call originates. ANI and Calling Party Number (CPN) usually are the same number. "Automatic Route Selection" or "ARS" is a service feature that provides for automatic selection of the least expensive or most appropriate transmission facility for each call based on criteria programmed into a circuit Switch routing table or system.

  • Technically permissible maximum laden mass means the maximum mass allocated to a vehicle on the basis of its construction features and its design performances.
