Applicable Legal Requirements means all laws (including common law), statutes, regulations, codes, rules, treaties, ordinances, judgments, directives, permits, decrees, decisions, approvals, interpretations, injunctions, writs, orders or other similar legal requirements in effect of any governmental authority relating to the Work, either of the Parties, ADA-ES, Inc., the Project or any of the activities of either of the Parties contemplated by the Potential Transaction.
Applicable Legal Requirements means the relevant legal framework for the protection of personal data applicable to each Authority;
Applicable Legal Requirements means any federal, state, foreign, or local law, statute, ordinance, rule, order, regulation, writ, injunction, directive, judgment, administrative interpretation, treaty, decree, administrative, judicial or arbitration decision and any other executive, legislative, regulatory or administrative proclamation or other requirement of any Governmental Entity applicable, in the case of any Person, to such Person or its properties, assets, officers, directors, employees or agents (in connection with such officers’, directors’, employees’ or agents’ activities on behalf of such Person). For the avoidance of doubt, “Applicable Legal Requirements” shall include any rules, regulations or listing requirements of any stock exchange on which shares of a Person’s common stock are listed or included for trading.

Except as provided in Section 2.1(c) (Leased Premises), the Parties acknowledge that nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to be an agreement by Host to issue or cause the issuance of any permit or approval, or to limit or otherwise affect the ability of Host or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to fulfill its regulatory mandate or execute its regulatory powers consistent with Applicable Legal Requirements.
The Term may be extended upon mutual agreement of the Parties and in conformance with all Applicable Legal Requirements, for up to five (5) additional years, with such modifications to the provisions hereto as may be appropriate to such extension and which are mutually agreed upon in writing.
