Applicable Insurance Code means, as to any Insurance Subsidiary or any other Person that is a regulated insurance company, the insurance code or other statute of any state where such Insurance Subsidiary or other Person is domiciled or doing insurance business and any successor statute of similar import, together with the regulations thereunder, as amended or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
