Applicable Funding Date definition

Applicable Funding Date. Has the meaning specified in Section 7.01(b) of this Trust Supplement.

Applicable Funding Date means, (i) with respect to the CEI Class B Units, the CEI Class B Initial Funding Date, and (ii) with respect to the Purchaser Class B Units and the CTPL Class B Units, the Purchaser Class B Initial Funding Date.

Applicable Funding Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).

Examples of Applicable Funding Date in a sentence

• Each Applicable Commitment shall terminate automatically without further action upon the earliest of (i) the making by the Lenders of the Loans to which such Applicable Commitment relates on the Applicable Funding Date, (ii) the last day of the Applicable Availability Period and (iii) the acceleration of the Loans hereunder.

• The Administrative Agent shall have received a Funding Date Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit L, dated as of the Applicable Funding Date, duly executed and delivered by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

• No event shall have occurred and be continuing or would result from the making of the Loans on the Applicable Funding Date that would constitute a Default or Event of Default.

More Definitions of Applicable Funding Date

Applicable Funding Date means the date on which the Holder paid the applicable principal amount in accordance with the Initial Securities Purchase Agreement.

Applicable Funding Date means, with respect to each Applicable Commitment, the date on or prior to the expiration of the Applicable Availability Period for such Applicable Commitment on which all conditions precedent set forth in Section 6.02 are satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
