Applicable Florida Laws definition

Applicable Florida Laws means those laws of the State of Florida that given the nature of the transaction and the parties to it, a lawyer in the State of Florida exercising customary diligence would reasonably recognize as being applicable to the opinion contemplated in paragraph (xiii).
