Applicable Election Date definition

Applicable Election Date means the following:
Applicable Election Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(m)(xiii). (e) “Basis” means any past or present fact, situation, circumstance, status, condition, activity, practice, plan, occurrence, event, incident, action, failure to act or transaction that forms or could form the basis for any specified consequence. 1

  • Election Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.12(h).

  • Election Period means the period immediately preceding the beginning of each Plan Year established by the Administrator, such period to be applied on a uniform and nondiscriminatory basis for all Employees and Participants. However, an Employee's initial Election Period shall be determined pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event, the first date on which the ECB Recommended Rate is no longer provided, as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent;

  • Distribution Election With respect to any Series, as specified in the related Supplement.

  • Applicable Par Call Date means, (i) with respect to the 2031 Notes, September 15, 2031 (three months prior to the stated maturity date of such 2031 Notes) and (ii) with respect to the 2051 Notes, June 15, 2051 (six months prior to the stated maturity date of such 2051 Notes).

  • Nomination Period means a period of time that Customer includes in a nomination for gas service.

  • Applicable Amount means, at any time (the “Applicable Amount Reference Time”), an amount equal to (a) the sum, without duplication, of:

  • Regular election means an election held on a regular election date to elect an individual to, or nominate an individual for, elective office in the regular course of the terms of that elective office.

  • Extension Election has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(c).

  • Leave application date means the date on which a person granted stateless leave made an application to remain in the UK as a stateless person under the immigration rules (within the meaning given in section 33(1) of the Immigration Act 1971).
