Applicable Debt Service Amount definition

Applicable Debt Service Amount means, with respect to any fiscal quarter, the aggregate amount, if any, of principal, interest, fees and related expenses in respect of any Distribution Loan or Distribution Loans (i) paid by the Partnership or any of its Subsidiaries during such quarter for which no reserve had previously been established or (ii) for which a reserve is established by the Partnership during such quarter that reduces Available Cash for such quarter; provided, however, that (x) notwithstanding the foregoing, the “Applicable Debt Service Amount” shall not include that portion of any such payment that is funded with the proceeds of indebtedness incurred by the Partnership or any of its Subsidiaries (it being understood that any such indebtedness shall constitute a Distribution Loan) and (y) for the avoidance of doubt, any payment of principal, interest, fees or related expenses in respect of any Distribution Loan that is made by any Person other than the Partnership or any of its Subsidiaries shall not constitute “Applicable Debt Service Amount.”
Applicable Debt Service Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

Related to Applicable Debt Service Amount

  • Aggregate Debt Service means, with respect to any particular period of time, the sum of (a) the Debt Service, (b) the Mortgage Debt Service and (c) the Other Mezzanine Debt Service.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Total Debt Service means the sum of (i) scheduled or other required payments of principal on Indebtedness, and (ii) Interest Expense, in each case for such period.

  • Applicable Collateral Percentage with respect to any Firm Collateral or Special Firm Collateral, has the meaning set forth in the books and records of the Partnership with respect thereto.

  • Annual Debt Service as of any date means the maximum amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries, excluding amortization of debt discounts and deferred financing costs.

  • Available Increase Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the result of (a) $25,000,000 minus (b) the aggregate principal amount of Increases to the Revolver Commitments previously made pursuant to Section 2.14 of the Agreement.

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.

  • Period Servicing Amount means, for any twelve month period with respect to each of the Shared-Loss Agreements during which the loss-sharing provisions of the applicable Shared-Loss Agreement are in effect, the product of (i) the simple average of the principal amount of Shared-Loss Loans and Shared-Loss Assets (other than the Shared-Loss Securities) (in each case as defined in the Shared-Loss Agreements), as the case may be, at the beginning of such period and at the end of such period times (ii) one percent (1%).

  • Advance Amount means with respect to Class A Advances, the Class A Advance Amount and, with respect to Class B Advances, the Class B Advance Amount.

  • Prepayment Interest Excess Amount With respect to any Principal Prepayment in full which is applied to the related Mortgage Loan from the first day of the month of any Remittance Date through the sixteenth day of the month of such Remittance Date, all amounts paid in respect of interest on such Principal Prepayment in full. A Prepayment Interest Excess Amount cannot result from a Principal Prepayment in part, but only from a Principal Prepayment in full.

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, an amount equal to the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation for the related Distribution Date; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount on any day on which the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation cannot be determined because the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Accrual Period has not yet occurred, the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount shall be the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation determined based on a pro forma calculation made on the assumption that LIBOR will be LIBOR for the applicable period determined on the first day of such calendar month, multiplied by 1.25.

  • Adjusted Collateral Principal Amount means, as of any date of determination:

  • Note Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Note Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Collateral Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Collateral Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Principal Prepayment Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Loan Group, the sum with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group of (i) Curtailments received during the Prior Period from such Mortgage Loans and (ii) Payoffs received during the Payoff Period from such Mortgage Loans.

  • Net advance amount means the gross advance amount less the aggregate amount of the actual and estimated transfer expenses required to be disclosed under section 3(e).

  • Required Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, (a) prior to the Stepdown Date, an amount equal to 1.80% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date, (b) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is not in effect, the greater of (i) an amount equal to 3.60% of the aggregate outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans after giving effect to distributions made on that Distribution Date and (ii) the Overcollateralization Floor and (c) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is in effect, an amount equal to the Required Overcollateralization Amount from the immediately preceding Distribution Date. The Required Overcollateralization Amount may be reduced so long as written confirmation is obtained from each Rating Agency that such reduction shall not reduce the ratings assigned to any Class of Certificates by such Rating Agency below the lower of the then-current rating or the rating assigned to such Certificates as of the Closing Date by such Rating Agency.   • Maximum Annual Debt Service means, as of the date of any calculation, the largest Annual Debt Service during the current or any future Bond Year.

  • Scheduled Funded Debt Payments means, as of any date of determination for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, the sum of all scheduled payments of principal on Funded Debt for the applicable period ending on the date of determination (including the principal component of payments due on Capital Leases during the applicable period ending on the date of determination).

  • Applicable Liquidity Rate has the meaning specified in Section 3.07(g).
