Applicable Data Protection Requirements definition

Applicable Data Protection Requirements means all (i) Applicable Data Protection Laws and (ii) internal and external policies, binding industry standards, and restrictions and requirements contained in any Contract to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is bound, in each case, relating to data privacy, data protection, cybersecurity and/or the processing of Personal Information.
Applicable Data Protection Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).

Examples of Applicable Data Protection Requirements in a sentence

  • No Person (including any Governmental Entity) has made any written claim or commenced any Action against the Company with respect to alleged violations of Applicable Data Protection Requirements.

  • The Company and the Company Subsidiaries have at all times complied, and are currently in compliance, in all material respects with all Applicable Data Protection Requirements.

  • Neither the execution, delivery or performance of this Agreement, nor the consummation of the Transactions will result in any material violation of Applicable Data Protection Requirements.

  • Each Company Entity has contractually obligated all third party service providers, outsourcers, processors or other third parties processing Personal Information and Company Data by or on behalf of Company Entity to terms that comply with all Applicable Data Protection Requirements.

Related to Applicable Data Protection Requirements

  • Data Protection Requirements means all applicable (i) Data Protection Laws; (ii) Seller Privacy Policies; (iii) terms of any Contracts relating to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data; and (iv) the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

  • Applicable Data Protection Laws means all national, international and local laws, regulations and rules by any government, agency or authority relating to data protection and privacy which are applicable to CPA Global or the Customer, including but not limited to The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), (GDPR);

  • Applicable Data Protection Law means all data privacy or data protection laws or regulations globally that apply to the Processing of Personal Information under this Data Processing Agreement, which may include Applicable European Data Protection Law.

  • Certification Requirements means those requirements specified or referenced in this Agreement that you must meet in order to use and maintain the Certification Designation and use the Logo in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • the applicable data protection law means the legislation protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals and, in particular, their right to privacy with respect to the processing of personal data applicable to a data controller in the Member State in which the data exporter is established;

  • Risk Retention Requirements means the credit risk retention requirements of Section 15G of the Exchange Act (15 U.S.C. §78o-11), as added by Section 941 of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their Member States, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • Perfection Requirements means the making or procuring of appropriate registrations, filings, endorsements, notarisations, stampings and/or notifications of the Security Documents and/or the security expressed to be created under the Security Documents determined by the legal advisers to the Lender to be necessary in any Pertinent Jurisdiction for the enforceability or production in evidence of the relevant Security Document to the extent such matters are complied with within any timeframe specified by law or the relevant Security Document;

  • Data Protection Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 20161 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);

  • EU Data Protection Laws means EU Directive 95/46/EC, as transposed into domestic legislation of each Member State and as amended, replaced or superseded from time to time, including by the GDPR and laws implementing or supplementing the GDPR;

  • Privacy Requirements means all applicable Privacy Laws and all of the Acquired Companies’ policies, notices, and contractual obligations relating to the receipt, collection, compilation, use, storage, processing, sharing, safeguarding, security (technical, physical and administrative), disposal, destruction, disclosure, or transfer (including cross-border) of Personal Information.

  • General Data Protection Regulation GDPR" means regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the council as amended from time to time.

  • Qualification Requirements means the qualification requirements as set forth in Section-2, Clause 2.1of RfQ;

  • European Data Protection Laws means the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and data protection laws of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and their member states and the FADP.

  • Data Protection Laws means EU Data Protection Laws and, to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country;

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.

  • Listing Requirements means the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

  • Data Protection Act means Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.
