Applicable Courts definition

Applicable Courts has the meaning given in Section 12.12.

Examples of Applicable Courts in a sentence

• Any Claim, including arbitration, brought outside the countries set out in the Schedule under Applicable Courts.

• Each Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Applicable Courts and each party waives any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or on grounds that proceedings have been brought in an inappropriate forum.

Applicable Courts means the courts of Tokyo District Court in Tokyo, Japan.
