Applicable Collateral definition

Applicable Collateral means (a) with respect to the Obligations of the U.S. Credit Parties, the U.S. Collateral and (b) with respect to the Obligations of the Canadian Credit Parties, the Canadian Collateral and the U.S. Collateral.
Applicable Collateral shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Security Agreement.
Applicable Collateral means, individually and collectively, as the context may require, “Collateral” (as defined in this Agreement, the Mezzanine A Loan Agreement and the Mezzanine B Loan Agreement).

More Definitions of Applicable Collateral

Applicable Collateral means, for each Loan, the portion of the Collateral specifically relating to the Store which corresponds to such Loan (as set forth on Schedule 4 attached hereto).
