Applicable Authorities definition

Applicable Authorities means all laws applicable to a Fund or the Fund Accounting Agent, including without limitation the Securities Laws and all other applicable rules, regulations, official interpretations and guidance of a regulatory entity or agency having jurisdiction over a Fund or the Fund Accounting Agent.

Applicable Authorities means County and any other governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project.

  • Applicable Authority means (a) with respect to SOFR, the SOFR Administrator or any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Administrative Agent or the SOFR Administrator with respect to its publication of SOFR, in each case acting in such capacity and (b) with respect to any Alternative Currency, the applicable administrator for the Relevant Rate for such Alternative Currency or any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Administrative Agent or such administrator with respect to its publication of the applicable Relevant Rate, in each case acting in such capacity.

  • Local authorities means every county, municipal, and other local board or body having authority to adopt police regulations under the constitution and laws of this state.

  • Aeronautical authorities means, in the case of the People’s Republic of China, the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, or any person or agency authorized to perform any function presently exercised by the said Administration; and in the case of the Republic of South Africa, the Minister responsible for civil aviation or any person or agency authorized to perform any particular function provided for in this Agreement.

  • Governmental Entities has the meaning ascribed to it in the Purchase Agreement.

  • Antitrust Authorities means the Federal Trade Commission, the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice, the attorneys general of the several states of the United States of America, and any other Governmental Authority having jurisdiction pursuant to applicable Antitrust Laws with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby.
