Appliance Hardware definition

Appliance Hardware means the Third Party Hardware component of the Appliance. Appliance Hardware corresponds to the Designated Server of the Appliance Software.
Appliance Hardware means Supplier hardware (including any Appliance Software) resold by Iron Mountain to Customer as set forth in the applicable Schedule.
Appliance Hardware means that server and storage Hardware that is pre-configured to include the Appliance Software.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.
