Appendices definition

Appendices has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.
Appendices means, with respect to any Related Document, all exhibits, schedules, annexes and other attachments thereto, or expressly identified thereto.
Appendices means the applicable appendix or appendices for Services as further defined in Section 2.1 below.

  • Failure to certify to the following Appendices D.1, D.2, and D.3 will result in disqualification of consideration for contract.

  • Appendices referred to in this contract and attached to it are considered part of it.

  • Owner desires to receive appraisal and related services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, its Appendices, and Task Orders.

  • In case of discrepancies between the text of this Agreement and its Appendices, the former shall prevail.

More Definitions of Appendices

Appendices means the documents specified at paragraph 11 of the Schedule, which forms part of this Agreement;
Appendices and “Appendix” shall have the respective meanings as set forth in the Recitals of this Statement.
Appendices means the appendices to this Contract, detailing out asset information, maps and drawings, performance standards, records, reports and Operator staff requirement.
Appendices the “Annexes” and “Schedules” are, unless otherwise provided, references to the clauses of, the Appendices to, the Annexes to and the Schedules to these Call-Off Terms and references to “paragraphs” are, unless otherwise provided, references to paragraphs of the respective Annexes in which the references are made;
Appendices means the documents specified at paragraph 14 of the Schedule;
Appendices means the appendices attached to this Agreement.
Appendices shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Recitals of this Agreement.
