Appeals Committee definition

Appeals Committee means a Committee or Tribunal duly appointed by by-law to conduct hearings under this By-law;
Appeals Committee means the Committee consisting of a minimum of 3, or equivalent to the number on the Committee. Members of the Appeals Committee should have had no prior involvement in the case.
Appeals Committee means the Committee appointed by the Employer that acts on behalf of the Plan Administrator with respect to appeals. An external review is available if required by law. More Definitions of Appeals Committee

Appeals Committee means the Appeals Committee established pursuant to Halifax Regional Municipality By-law A-100, the Appeals Committee By-law;
