Appealable issue definition

Appealable issue means one or more of the following issues related to the Minnesota electronic health record incentives program:

  • Order and Final Judgment means the order and final judgment of the Court approving the Settlement Agreement, as described in Section II(E)(7) below.

  • WOfinal means, in respect of the Valuation Date, the lowest performance (expressed as a percentage) among the Indices as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the following formula:

  • Certified Resolution means a copy of a resolution certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Company to have been duly adopted by the Board of Directors and to be in full force and effect on the date of such certification.

  • Judgment Currency Conversion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.18(a).

  • Final DIP Order means an order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Loans, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents on a final basis, which order shall be (a) in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent, and (b) in full force and effect and shall not have been reversed, vacated, stayed or subject to appeal.

  • Reviewing Authority means the Alberta Securities Commission.

  • Participating Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist means a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Judgment Conversion Date as defined in subsection 10.8(a).

  • Court of competent jurisdiction means a federal court, or a state court that entered an order in a child custody proceeding involving an Indian child, as long as the state court had proper subject matter jurisdiction in accordance with this chapter and the laws of that state, or a tribal court that had or has exclusive or concurrent jurisdiction pursuant to 25 U.S.C. Sec. 1911.

  • Successful Proponent means a Proponent who the City may award the agreement to, as a result of this RFP document.

  • Official written order means an order written on a form provided for that purpose by the United

  • Appeal Board means the State Charter School Appeal

  • Reviewing Party means any appropriate person or body consisting of a member or members of the Company's Board of Directors or any other person or body appointed by the Board of Directors who is not a party to the particular Claim for which Indemnitee is seeking indemnification, or Independent Legal Counsel.

  • Date of conviction means the date judgment was entered against the individual.
