Examples of Appeal hearing in a sentence
Notices of the Appeal hearing will be mailed to all parties of record who legibly provided a mailing address.
An Appellant shall be notified as soon as is reasonably possible after receipt of the Notice of Appeal as to whether an appeal hearing is to be granted and the time, date and place of the Appeal hearing, in the event that it is granted.
Appeal hearing matters shall be set for hearing, heard, and disposed of by a notice of decision within 60 days from the date of the request for appeal hearing, except in those cases where the appellant withdraws or abandons the request for hearing or the matter is continued for what is determined by the hearing panel to be good cause.
The appellant must notify the OISE Registrar no later than two business days prior to the date of the Divisional Appeal hearing whether or not he or she elects to appear in person and/or be represented by an advisor.
Any party involved in the appeal, which fails to attend an Appeal hearing if requested to do so by the Appeal Committee may be subject to disciplinary action.
