Apartment Use Area definition

Apartment Use Area means the exclusive area of ​​the apartment purchased and sold, calculated according to the clearance and included in the certificate issued to the buyer, including the wall area of the room inside the apartment and area of ​​the balcony, loggia (if any) attached to this apartment; Not including the wall surrounding the house, the wall dividing the apartments and floor area with columns, technical boxes located inside the apartment.   • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;
