Apartment Housing definition

Apartment Housing means development consisting of one or more Dwellings contained within a building in which the Dwellings are arranged in any horizontal or vertical configuration, which does not conform to the definition of any other Residential Use Class.

Apartment Housing shall collectively mean the approximately 1.5 acres of land in Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Mix County, South Dakota, as more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, the 24 unit, three eight-plex buildings thereon and Improvements.

Apartment Housing shall collectively mean the approximately 1.434 acres of land in Hempstead, Xxxxxx County, Texas, as more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and the Improvements.

Apartment Housing means a dwelling contained within a building in which the dwelling unit or dwelling units are arranged in any horizontal or vertical configuration which does not conform to the definition of any other residential classes described in this Bylaw and includes units located in lofts and above first-storey commercial occupancies, but does not include Apartment Buildings;

Apartment Housing means Huntington Plaza Apartments, located on approximately 1.204 acres of land at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, in the City of Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, 00000, as more fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and the Improvements.

Apartment Housing means the Saltgrass Apartments located on approximately 3.0 acres of land at Golf Course Road in Rockport, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000, as more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and the Improvements.

Apartment Housing shall collectively mean the Chickasha Villa located on approximately 2.5 acres of land at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx County, Oklahoma, 73018, as more fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and the Improvements.
