AOL Time Warner definition

AOL Time Warner means AOL Time Warner Inc., a Delaware corporation, and any successor thereto.
AOL Time Warner shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble to this Agreement.
AOL Time Warner means AOL Time Warner Inc., the Delaware corporation that is referred to as "Holdco" in the Merger Agreement and will own all of the capital stock of AOL and TWI following the Mergers.
