Antitrust Filing definition

Antitrust Filing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.02.
Antitrust Filing means a filing that must be made by either Party (or both Parties) to or with a Governmental Entity under any applicable antitrust, competition or similar Law of any jurisdiction applicable to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as identified in Exhibit C;
Antitrust Filing means the filing to be made with COFECE in respect of the Antitrust Clearance;

Antitrust Filing means filings by Sarepta and Roche with the United States Federal Trade Commission and the United States Department of Justice and any applicable Governmental Authority in the Territory, as required under any Antitrust Laws with respect to the transactions contemplated under this Agreement, together with all required documentary attachments thereto.
