Antitrust Consents definition

Antitrust Consents means all consents, approvals, authorizations, waiting period expirations or terminations qualifications and orders of Governmental Entities and other Persons as are necessary under Antitrust Laws for consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Antitrust Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(b) of this Agreement.
Antitrust Consents means the filings, notices, petitions, statements, registrations, submissions of information, applications and other documents under applicable Antitrust Laws set forth on Section 6.5 of the Company Disclosure Letter.

Related to Antitrust Consents

  • Antitrust Authorities means the Federal Trade Commission, the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice, the attorneys general of the several states of the United States of America, and any other Governmental Authority having jurisdiction pursuant to applicable Antitrust Laws with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby.
