Antitrust Conditions definition

Antitrust Conditions means any of the conditions set forth in Section 6.01(c), Section 6.01(d) and Section 6.02(c) (but solely, in the case of Sections 6.01(c) and 6.02(c), to the extent the order, injunction, judgment, decree or litigation referred to in such Sections is issued or brought under applicable Antitrust Laws).
Antitrust Conditions means any of the conditions set forth in Section 6.1(a), Section 6.1(b) and Section 6.2(i) but, with respect to Section 6.1(a), solely to the extent the Order or Law referred to in such section is issued or brought under applicable Antitrust Laws.
Antitrust Conditions means any of the conditions set forth in Sections 6.1(b), 6.1(c) and 6.2(d) (but solely, in the case of Section 6.1(c), due to a temporary restraining order, preliminary or permanent injunction or other judgment, order or decree or other legal restraint or prohibition, suit, action or proceeding under any Antitrust Law).

  • In each case, the Purchaser shall take all steps necessary for the purpose of satisfying the Antitrust Conditions including as required under, but subject to, clause 4.4 of the SPA (including in either case making appropriate submissions, notifications and filings, in consultation with the Sellers).

Antitrust Conditions has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02(b).
