Antitrust definition

Antitrust throughout this work means not only the antitrust laws of the United States, but also the judges who apply them, the enforcers who enforce them, and the commentators who discuss them. Antitrust. The City maintains that, in actual practice, overcharges resulting from antitrust violations are borne by the purchaser.
