Anticipated Termination Date definition

Anticipated Termination Date. Any Distribution Date on which it is anticipated that the Trust Fund will be terminated pursuant to Section 9.01(c) of this Agreement.

Anticipated Termination Date. Any Distribution Date on which the Certificate Administrator anticipates that the Trust Fund will be terminated pursuant to SECTION 9.01.
