The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Guidelines.
To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Activities to be carried out by WAHO, in accordance with the provisions of: (a) Article II of the Standard Conditions; (b) this Article II; and (c) the Anti-Corruption Guidelines; and (d) the Subsidiary Agreement.
The Project Implementing Entity shall ensure that Parts 1 and 3(a) of the Project are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Guidelines.
