Anti-Bribery Laws definition

Anti-Bribery Laws means the anti-bribery provisions of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, and all other applicable anti-corruption and bribery Laws (including the U.K. Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, and any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder or other Laws of other countries implementing the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Officials).
Anti-Bribery Laws means all applicable laws, statutes, regulations and codes relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption in force anywhere in the world, including the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000;
Anti-Bribery Laws means of any provision of any applicable law or regulation implementing the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions or any applicable provision of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended (the “FCPA”), the U.K. Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, or any other similar law of any other jurisdiction in which the Company operates its business, including, in each case, the rules and regulations thereunder.

  • There is no pending or, to the Company’s Knowledge, threatened investigation, claim, or any other proceeding, in each case by or from a Governmental Authority, regarding any actual or possible violation of the Anti-Bribery Laws by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • During the past three (3) years, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has made any disclosures to any Governmental Authority concerning potential violations of any Anti-Bribery Laws.
