Anonymous Complaints. The Employer shall not issue discipline to any bargaining unit members based solely on an anonymous complaint.
Anonymous Complaints means complaints of sexual misconduct filed anonymously with the Title IX Coordinator, meaning that the individual filing the complaint does not identify themselves. Anonymous reporters are encouraged to speak with the Title IX Coordinator or an investigator so as to understand the potential limitations for an investigation being conducted based on an anonymous report.

  • Criminal history record information means that term as defined in section 1a of 1925 PA 289, MCL 28.241a.

  • Formal complaint means a document filed by a complainant or signed by the Title IX Coordinator alleging sexual harassment against a respondent and requesting an investigation of the allegation of sexual harassment.
