Annualized Cash Flow definition

Annualized Cash Flow. The term "Annualized Cash Flow" shall mean Operating Cash Flow for the latest fiscal quarter for which financial statements are available multiplied by four.
Annualized Cash Flow means, with respect to the Company as of any date of determination, the product of (x) the Consolidated Cash Flow of the Company for the most recent two quarters for which internal financial statements are available immediately prior to such date of determination and (y) 2.0.
Annualized Cash Flow means Borrower's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization calculated at the end of each quarter for the previous four quarters (i.e. on a four-quarter trailing basis).

Annualized Cash Flow means, as of any date of determination, EBITDA for -------------------- the Fiscal Quarter ending on or immediately prior to such date of determination multiplied by four.

Annualized Cash Flow means, as of any calculation date, the product of (a) the sum of Cash Flow for the most recently completed two (2) fiscal quarters, multiplied by (b) two (2). For purposes of this definition, "calculation period" shall mean the period consisting of the two (2) most recently completed fiscal quarters.
