Annual Work Program and Budget definition

Annual Work Program and Budget means, for any Calendar Year, the work program and budget for Joint Development Operations during such Calendar Year.
Annual Work Program and Budget means an Annual Work Program and Budget of MOA to be prepared for each Fiscal Year for the Project and setting forth, inter alia, activities planned under its work program for the Project and estimated costs for such activities, including details of activities to be funded by the Recipient.
Annual Work Program and Budget or “AWPB” means the annual work program and budget for determining the LC Activities (as this term is hereinafter defined) to be prepared pursuant to the provisions of paragraph B of Schedule 5 to this Agreement, and the criteria and procedures set out in the PIP (as this term is hereinafter defined);

More Definitions of Annual Work Program and Budget

Annual Work Program and Budget or “AWPB” means each Annual Work Program and Budget to be prepared for each Fiscal Year by MOLD or DOA, as the case may be, and setting forth, inter alia, activities planned under its work program for the Project and estimated costs for such activities.
Annual Work Program and Budget means the work program and budget to be prepared by the Borrower in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Annual Work Program and Budget means, for any Calendar Year, a work program and budget prepared and submitted by the Contractors to the Affiliate and approved by the Affiliate in accordance with Clause 7.3, as amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
