To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of: (a) Article IV of the General Conditions; (b) this Agreement; (c) the Operational Manual; (d) the FUNDEC Manual; (e) the COREP Internal Regulations; (f) the Executive Secretariat Internal Regulations; (g) the ESMF; (h) the RPF; and (i) the Annual Work Plans and Budgets.
The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association for its approval, not later than June 15 of each year during the implementation of the Project, or such later date as the Association may agree, the Annual Work Plans and Budgets containing all activities to be carried out in the following Fiscal Year, modified in a manner satisfactory to the Association, taking into account the Association’s comments and views on the matter.
Section II.A.2 (Annual Work Plans and Budgets) and Section II.A.3 (Midterm Review) of Schedule 2 to the CTF Loan Agreement and the corresponding definitions in the Appendix to the CTF Loan Agreement, as amended, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to this Agreement, and the Recipient undertakes to comply with the provisions thereof to the same extent as if such provisions had been set out in full in this Agreement.
It will also detail a set of performance based objectives and indicators aligned to the implementation of Annual Work Plans and Budgets.
Without limitation to the provisions of Section 5.03 of the General Conditions, the Project Implementing Entity shall provide an amount at least equivalent to eighteen million four hundred thousand Dollars ($18,400,000) for the financing of the Project, to be disbursed as provided in the Annual Work Plans and Budgets.
