Annual Statements definition

Annual Statements means, with respect to any Person, the annual statements of such Person filed with or submitted to the insurance regulatory body in the jurisdiction in which such Person is domiciled on forms prescribed or permitted by such regulatory body.
Annual Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(a).
