Annual Shareholders. MEETINGS An annual meeting of the shareholders shall be held each year on a day to be selected by the Chairman of the Board of Directors or the President within nine months after the end of the Corporation's fiscal year, for the purpose of electing Directors and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting. The annual meeting shall not be held on a date declared a legal holiday by the State of Nevada. If the election of the Directors shall not be held on the date selected for any annual meeting of Shareholders, or at any adjournment thereof, the Board of Directors shall cause the election to be held at a special meeting of the shareholders as soon thereafter as conveniently may be held.
