Pursuant to Section 9.08, upon the sale of any Unit, the Entity shall be relieved and discharged from any obligation or liability with respect to such Unit, including payment of the Annual Service Charge with respect to such Unit.
The Entity shall make payments for municipal services, including water and sewer charges and any services that create a lien on a parity with or superior to the lien for the Land Taxes (but only if the Project Area is determined not to be exempt pursuant to the Long Term Tax Exemption Law) and the Annual Service Charge, as required by law.
The Township’s customary tax payment enforcement proceedings will apply to the collection of any delinquent payment of the Annual Service Charge or Redeveloper Payments.
