Annual Reporting. On or before March 1, 2013, and 60 days after the end of each subsequent calendar year, GSK shall post on its website a report of the cumulative value GlaxoSmithKline LLC Corporate Integrity Agreement of the Payments provided to all U.S.-based physicians and Related Entities directly or indirectly from GSK during the prior applicable calendar year. If payments for multiple physicians have been made to one Related Entity, the aggregate value of all payments to the Related Entity will be the reported amount.
