Annual Progress Report definition

Annual Progress Report. (APR) means the annual report required to be submitted to the Department pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (a) of Section 65400 of the Government Code.

More Definitions of Annual Progress Report

Annual Progress Report shall have the meaning given such term in Section 5.1.
Annual Progress Report means the Annual Progress Report prepared by the Implementing Entity about implementation of the BRCP as provided in this Agreement, Section 14 and further described in the BRCP Chapter 8, Section 8.2.2.

Substitute Scheme - means a scheme agreed between the key stakeholders that would replace a proposed scheme.
