Annual Production Program definition

Annual Production Program means the program in which the forecast for the Production of Oil, Natural Gas, water, fluids and residues originated from the process of Production of each Field is discriminated, as well as the set of forecast activities of processing, treatment, outflow and transport of the production, pursuant to Clause Ten.
Annual Production Program program which discriminates the forecasts for production and handling of Petroleum, Natural Gas, water, special fluids and wastes from the production process of each field. Annual Work and Budget Program: program which specifies the set of activities to be performed by the Consortium Members during a calendar year, including the detailing of investments necessary to carry out such activities. Program of Decommissioning of Facilities: program which specifies the set of operations for the abandonment of xxxxx, including their eventual flattening, and removal operation, and adequate final destination of the facilities and recovery of the areas where these facilities are located. Minimum Exploratory Program: work schedule provided for in Annex II - Minimum Exploratory Program to be mandatorily met during the Exploration Phase. F inal Report of Discovery Evaluation: document which describes the set of Operations used for the Evaluation of Oil and Natural Gas Discovery, the results of this Evaluation and, possibly, the area intended to be retained for Development. Drilling End: moment at which the progress of the drill into the well is definitively ceased.

Examples of Annual Production Program in a sentence

  • The volume produced in the Field each month may not vary by more than fifteen percent (15%) when compared to the Production volume expected for the corresponding month in the Annual Production Program.

  • Approval of the Annual Production Program ANP shall have thirty (30) days of receipt of the Annual Production Program to approve it or request the Consortium Members to make the modifications it deems applicable.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Phase I Clinical Study means, as to a particular Licensed Product, an initial clinical study in humans with the purpose of assessing the Licensed Product’s safety, tolerability, toxicity, pharmacokinetics or other pharmacological properties.

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Phase 4 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Study in any country which is conducted after Regulatory Approval of a product has been obtained from an appropriate Regulatory Authority, consisting of trials conducted voluntarily for enhancing marketing or scientific knowledge of an approved indication and trials conducted due to request or requirement of a Regulatory Authority.

  • Phase I Clinical Trial means a study in humans which provides for the first introduction into humans of a product, conducted in normal volunteers or patients to generate information on product safety, tolerability, pharmacological activity or pharmacokinetics, or otherwise consistent with the requirements of U.S. 21 C.F.R. §312.21(a) or its foreign equivalents.

  • Manufacturing operation means a process in which materials are changed, converted, or transformed into a different state or form from which they previously existed and includes refining materials, assembling parts, and preparing raw materials and parts by mixing, measuring, blending, or otherwise committing such materials or parts to the manufacturing process. "Manufacturing operation" does not include packaging.

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a product in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b) and is intended to explore a variety of doses, dose response, and duration of effect, and to generate initial evidence of clinical safety and activity in a target patient population, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authorities in a country other than the United States.

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Pharmaceutical Product shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(hh).

  • Training program means a standardized medication

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,
