Annual Plan definition

Annual Plan means the annual plan of the Trust which is prepared in accordance with clause 8.1;

More Definitions of Annual Plan

Annual Plan means a document submitted annually to the Board by Company outlining the Company’s planned Facility additions and major modifications.

Annual Plan means the plan referred to in Section 18.09.B.5 of the Code that includes the contents specified in Exhibit A.

Annual Plan means the written details of the supports, activities, costs, and resources required for a child to be supported by the family in the family home. Annual Plan means a business operations plan detailing the Company’s goals and procedures for technical, financial, and administrative activities for the Company’s next succeeding fiscal year, as approved each year and revised from time to time by the Board.
