Annual Operating Plan definition

Annual Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 15.3(b)(i).

Annual Operating Plan. (AOP) - shall mean the projected plans of operations of the Company as approved by the Board of Directors for a designated Fiscal Year.
