Annual Maintenance Contract definition

Annual Maintenance Contract means the annual contract governing the maintenance of the Solution provided by the Solution Partner, after the Warranty Period;
Annual Maintenance Contract. (AMC) shall mean and include without limitation the following services to be provided by SI.

Annual Maintenance Contract or AMC means the Contractor shall, after the expiry of the 2 years DLP, carry out the regular maintenance of the ECS and ISMS for a period of 3 years such that the whole metro system operates smoothly, efficiently and fit for the intended purpose it is designed for; by regular servicing, replacement of parts or carrying out emergency repairs at all working hours approved by the Employer.
