Annual Leave Vacation definition

Annual Leave Vacation means the period from January 1st to December 31st inclusive.

Examples of Annual Leave Vacation in a sentence

  • Employees choosing this option will continue to accrue annual leave and may use it in accordance with the Annual Leave (Vacation) Section, but will not then be eligible for payment of any remaining unused annual leave upon actual termination of employment with the County.

  • Illness While on Annual Leave (Vacation): If illness or physical incapacity occurs during your annual leave, (vacation), accrued sick leave may be granted to cover the period of illness or incapacity and the charge against annual vacation leave reduced accordingly.

  • The differential shall not be paid during periods of time off (e.g., Annual Leave; Vacation; Sick Leave).

  • FMLA Leave means a leave of absence, which the Company is required to extend to an Employee under the provisions of the FMLA.

  • Paid leave means time away from work by an employee for which the employee receives compensation, and is limited to sick time, vacation time, compensatory time and leave that is provided as an aggregate amount for use at the discretion of the employee for any of these same purposes.   • Leave Salary means the monthly amount paid by the University to an employee who is on leave.

  • Year of Employment means a period of service of 12 months.

  • Vacation rental means the lease, sublease, or other rental of residential property for a period of fewer than ninety days, except that it does not include rental of residential property on a weekly or monthly basis pursuant to Chapter 40 of this title, the South Carolina Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.

  • Accrued Professional Compensation means, at any given moment, all accrued, contingent and/or unpaid fees and expenses (including, without limitation, success fees) for legal, financial advisory, accounting and other services and reimbursement of expenses that are awardable and allowable under section 328, 330(a) or 331 of the Bankruptcy Code and were rendered before the Effective Date by any Retained Professional in the Chapter 11 Cases, or that are awardable and allowable under section 503 of the Bankruptcy Code, that have not been denied by a Final Order, all to the extent that any such fees and expenses have not been previously paid (regardless of whether a fee application has been filed for any such amount). To the extent that the Bankruptcy Court or any higher court denies or reduces by a Final Order any amount of a Retained Professional’s fees or expenses, then those reduced or denied amounts shall no longer constitute Accrued Professional Compensation.
