Annual Leave Loading definition

Annual Leave Loading shall continue to apply. In addition to the provisions contained in the above mentioned Award clauses, employees must complete an ‘Indicative Annual Leave Request Form’ at the beginning of each financial year indicating when during that financial year they intend to take annual leave. The purpose of completing the form is to ensure accumulated accrued leave as well as current leave being accumulated is being taken.
Annual Leave Loading shall continue to apply.
Annual Leave Loading means a supplementary payment which is linked to Annual Leave and calculated in accordance with clause 42.9 (Annual Leave Loading).

More Definitions of Annual Leave Loading

Annual Leave Loading means accrued annual leave taken during this agreement will attract a loading in accordance with the following formula: ((Base Salary / 52) - $10.80) x 0.25 This loading will apply to each week of leave taken. This loading will be paid pro rata on leave durations of less than one full week. In this Agreement: Words importing the singular shall include the plural; and Words importing the male gender shall include the female gender.
Annual Leave Loading. An employee shall receive during a period of annual leave a loading of 17.5% calculated on wage rates.   • Parental leave means leave to bond and to care for a newborn child after birth or to bond and care for a child after placement for adoption or xxxxxx care, for a period of up to sixteen (16) weeks after the birth or placement.

  • Lifetime health cover loading means the increased premiums payable by an insured person who does not take out an appropriate hospital cover prior to 1 July following their 31st birthday.
