Annual Leave Entitlement. Employees are entitled to 5 weeks annual leave per year (ie; 25 days per year). The leave year is fixed for all staff and runs from January 1st to December 31st of each year. Leave must be accumulated on a monthly pro-rated basis before it can be taken.
