Annual gross revenues definition

Annual gross revenues means total sales, before deducting returns and allowances but after deducting corrections and trade discounts, sales taxes and excise taxes based on sales, as determined in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Annual gross revenues means income or revenue from all sources, before any expenses or taxes, computed according to generally accepted accounting principles.
