Annual Contract Quantity definition

Annual Contract Quantity. (ACQ) means the greatest quantity of gas that can be delivered for transportation on the customer's behalf for any given year as specified in the contract. The contracted ACQ shall be adjusted based on the customer's highest consecutive 12-month usage determined from the latest 36 months of data except that the ACQ may be adjusted, at the Company's sole discretion, for known or expected changes, or special operating conditions. The Company will conduct a review of the customer's ACQ once each 5-year period and may adjust the ACQ value based on the highest consecutive 12-month usage determined from the latest 36 months of data as adjusted. The Company may review and adjust a customer's ACQ if the customer requests a change to their gas transportation agreement.
Annual Contract Quantity. (ACQ) means a quantity of gas, as specified in the transportation contract between the customer and the Company, that is based on the customer's maximum historical 12-month usage (determined from the customer's 36-month base period) plus adjustments for known or expected changes.
Annual Contract Quantity or “ACQ” for each Annual Year shall be equal to the aggregate of the DCQ in effect for each Day of the Annual Year.

Annual Contract Quantity means, for each Contract Year, the number of MWh set forth on Appendix C.
