Annual Company Contribution definition

Annual Company Contribution means a contribution made by an Employer on behalf of each Annual Company Contribution Participant pursuant to Subsection 5.02.
Annual Company Contribution means, for any one Plan Year, the amount determined in accordance with Section 3.6.

Examples of Annual Company Contribution in a sentence

  • The amount so credited to a Participant may be smaller or larger than the amount credited to any other Participant, and the amount credited to any Participant for a Plan Year may be zero, even though one or more other Participants receive an Annual Company Contribution Amount for that Plan Year.

  • For each Plan Year, an Employer, in its sole discretion, may, but is not required to, credit any amount it desires to any Participant's Company Contribution Account under this Plan, which amount shall be for that Participant the Annual Company Contribution Amount for that Plan Year.

  • For each Plan Year, an Employer, in its sole discretion, may, but is not required to, credit any amount it desires to any Participant’s Company Contribution Account under this Plan, which amount shall be for that Participant the Annual Company Contribution Amount for that Plan Year.

  • The Annual Company Contribution Amount, if any, shall be credited as of the last day of the Plan Year.

  • A Participant’s Annual Company Contribution Account, Transition Contribution Account and Matching Contribution Account shall be taken into account for purposes of determining the amount of the loan available under Subparagraphs 11.01(a)(i) and 11.01(a)(ii), but shall not be available for liquidation and conversion to cash as described in Subparagraph 11.01(f) below.

  • Each loan shall be secured by a pledge of the Participant’s Accounts (with the exception of the Participant’s Annual Company Contribution Account, Transition Contribution Account, and Matching Contribution Account).

  • The portion of a Participant’s Annual Company Contribution, Transition Contribution and Matching Contribution Accounts that is not distributable by reason of the provisions of Subsection 10.01 shall be credited to a Forfeiture Account established and caused to be maintained by the Trustee in the Participant’s name as of the Accounting Date coincident with or next following his Separation Date (before adjustments then required under the Plan have been made).

  • A loan granted under this Subsection to a Participant from any Account maintained in his or her name shall be made by liquidating and converting to cash his or her appropriate Accounts, with the exception of his or her Annual Company Contribution Account, Transition Contribution Account and Matching Contribution Account (and the appropriate subaccounts, pro rata, in the various Investment Funds), in such order as shall be determined by the Committee and applied uniformly.

  • This Account shall include a “Current Year Annual Company Contribution Subaccount,” which will reflect only the Annual Company Contributions allocated to the Participant during the current Plan Year.

  • The amount of the contribution made by the Employers for each Plan Year pursuant to Subsection 5.02 for each eligible Participant in the amounts specified in Subparagraph 5.02(a) or 5.02(b) as the case may be, shall be allocated to each such Participant’s Annual Company Contribution Account as of the last day of the Plan Year.

Related to Annual Company Contribution

  • Company Contribution means that portion of the main extension costs which the Company will fund based upon the following formula:

  • Annual Contribution means the annual payment to the Fund made by each Member in return for Coverage by the Fund for a Fund Year;

  • Company Contributions means the contributions made by the Company pursuant to Section 3.3.

  • Company Contribution Amount means, for any one Plan Year, the amount determined in accordance with Section 3.5.

  • Catch-Up Contribution means an Elective Deferral made to the Plan by a Catch-Up Eligible Participant that, during any taxable year of such Participant, exceeds one of the following:

  • Qualified Matching Contribution means any employer contribution allocated to an Eligible Employee’s account under any plan of an Employer or a Related Company solely on account of “elective contributions” made on his behalf or “employee contributions” made by him that is a qualified matching contribution as defined in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k), is nonforfeitable when made, and is distributable only as permitted in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k).

  • Matching Contribution means Employer contributions made to this Plan or any other defined contribution plan by reason of Thrift Contributions or Elective Deferrals under this Plan.

  • Annual Compensation means an amount equal to the greater of:

  • Qualified Matching Contributions means Matching Contributions which are immediately nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable, regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Section 401(k)(2)(B) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.

  • Employer Contribution means the amount paid by an employer, as determined by the employer rate, including the normal and deficiency rates, contributions, and funds wherever used in this chapter.

  • Annual Earnings means your gross annual income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to the date of loss. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Deferral Contribution means any contribution made to the Plan by the Employer in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.03.

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Qualifying contribution means, with respect to a

  • Deferral Contributions are Salary Reduction Contributions and Cash or Deferred Contributions the Employer contributes to the Trust on behalf of an Eligible Employee, irrespective of whether, in the case of Cash or Deferred Contributions, the contribution is at the election of the Employee. For Salary Reduction Contributions, the terms "deferral contributions" and "elective deferrals" have the same meaning.

  • Matching Contributions means local cash and/or in-kind contributions made by the Contractor, a subcontractor, or other local resources that qualify as match for the Contract funding.

  • Non-Elective Contribution means the Employer contributions to the Plan excluding, however, contributions made pursuant to the Participant's deferral election provided for in Section 4.2 and any Qualified Non-Elective Contribution used in the "Actual Deferral Percentage" tests.

  • Elective Contribution means the Employer contributions to the Plan of Deferred Compensation excluding any such amounts distributed as excess “annual additions” pursuant to Section 4.11(a). In addition, any Employer Qualified Non-Elective Contribution made pursuant to Section 4.7(b) which is used to satisfy the “Actual Deferral Percentage” tests shall be considered an Elective Contribution for purposes of the Plan. Any contributions deemed to be Elective Contributions (whether or not used to satisfy the “Actual Deferral Percentage” tests or the “Actual Contribution Percentage” tests) shall be subject to the requirements of Sections 4.2(b) and 4.2(c) and shall further be required to satisfy the nondiscrimination requirements of Regulation 1.401(k)-1(b)(5) and Regulation 1.401(m)-1(b)(5), the provisions of which are specifically incorporated herein by reference.

  • Company Matching Contributions means any contributions made to the Company Matching Account of a Participant by a Participating Employer as provided for in Section 4.02.

  • Current Annual Compensation means the greater of:

  • Catch-Up Contributions means Salary Reduction Contributions made to the Plan that are in excess of an otherwise applicable Plan limit and that are made by Participants who are Age 50 or over by the end of their taxable years. An “otherwise applicable Plan limit” is a limit in the Plan that applies to Salary Reduction Contributions without regard to Catch-up Contributions, such as the limits on Annual Additions, the dollar limitation on Salary Reduction Contributions under Code Section 402(g) (not counting Catch-up Contributions) and the limit imposed by the Actual Deferral Percentage (ADP) test under Code Section 401(k)(3). Catch-up Contributions for a Participant for a taxable year may not exceed the dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) for the taxable year. The dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) is $1,000 for taxable years beginning in 2002, increasing by $1,000 for each year thereafter up to $5,000 for taxable years beginning in 2006 and later years. After 2006, the $5,000 limit will be adjusted by the Secretary of the Treasury for cost-of-living increases under Code Section 414(v)(2)(C). Any such adjustments will be in multiples of $500.

  • Employer Matching Contributions means the Employer matching contributions made to the Trust Fund pursuant to Article V (Employer Matching Contributions).

  • Accumulated contributions means the sum of all

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Rollover Contribution means any rollover contribution to the Plan made by a Participant as may be permitted under Article V.

  • Eligible Earnings means the Grantee's base salary (prior to any deferrals under a cash or deferred compensation plan sponsored by the Corporation or an Affiliate) paid during the Plan Year. From time to time the Plan Administrator may, in its sole discretion, establish rules for determining the amounts of Eligible Earnings for employees who become Grantees other than on the first day of a Plan Year as well as any reduction of Eligible Earnings as a result of paid leave of absences.
