Annual Cash Retainer definition

Annual Cash Retainer means the annual cash retainer fee, in such amount as is established from time to time by resolution of the Board, payable to a Non-Employee Director for his or her services as a director of the Company.
Annual Cash Retainer means that portion of a Director’s Annual Retainer payable in cash.
Annual Cash Retainer means the portion of the annual retainer that is normally paid in cash to Eligible Directors for service as a member of the Board. Annual Cash Retainer means the basic annual retainer (including any additional fees for serving as a chairperson of the Board or a committee thereof, but excluding any meeting fees), to the extent otherwise payable in cash, payable to a Non-Employee Director for services as a member of the Board.
