Annual Base Rate of Pay definition

Annual Base Rate of Pay means fifty-two (52) times the Employee’s highest Weekly Base Rate of Pay during the fifty-two (52) week period prior to his or her termination or, if greater, the Employee’s Weekly Base Rate of Pay in effect immediately prior to the last Change in Control preceding his or her termination.
Annual Base Rate of Pay means the Executive’s highest annual base rate of pay for the calendar year.

  • The amount of severance pay payable to a Participant shall be equal to the number of weeks of severance pay that corresponds to the Participant’s Annual Base Rate of Pay on the table included on Exhibit A to this Plan multiplied by the sum of (i) the Participant’s Weekly Base Rate of Pay; and (ii) one-fifty-second ( 1/52) of the Participant’s Incentive Bonus, if any.

Related to Annual Base Rate of Pay

  • Base Rate of Pay means the rate of pay payable to the Employee for their Ordinary Hours of work, but not including any of the following:

  • Annual Rate of Pay means, as of any date, an employee’s annualized base pay rate. An employee’s Annual Rate of Pay shall not include sales commissions or other similar payments or awards.

  • Basic Rate of Pay means the incremental step in the Salaries Schedule applicable to an Employee in accordance with the terms of this Collective Agreement, exclusive of all premium payments.

  • weekly rate of pay means an employee’s annual rate of pay divided by 52.176.

  • Actual Rate of Pay means, unless and until the Agency Worker has completed the Qualifying Period, the rate of pay which will be paid for all time worked during an Assignment for each hour worked, as set out in the relevant Assignment Details Form;

  • Regular rate of pay means the rate of pay the employee was receiving at the time maternity leave commenced, but does not include retroactive adjustment of rate of pay, acting pay, overtime, shift premium or any other form of supplementary compensation.

  • Alternate Base Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at the Alternate Base Rate.

  • Applicable Base Rate means (i) with respect to a Rate Period of fewer than 49 days, the greater of (a) the SIFMA Municipal Swap Index or (b) the LIBOR Rate, and (ii) with respect to a Rate Period of 49 or more days, the LIBOR Rate.

  • U.S. Base Rate means, for any day, the greater of:

  • LIBO Base Rate means with respect to each day an Advance is outstanding (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day), the rate per annum equal to the rate published by Bloomberg or if such rate is not available, the rate appearing at page 3750 of the Telerate Screen as one-month LIBOR on such date, and if such rate shall not be so quoted, the rate per annum at which the Lender is offered Dollar deposits at or about 11:00 A.M., eastern time, on such date by prime banks in the interbank eurodollar market where the eurodollar and foreign currency and exchange operations in respect of its Advances are then being conducted for delivery on such day for a period of one month and in an amount comparable to the amount of the Advances to be outstanding on such day.

  • Alternate Base Rate means, for any day, a rate per annum equal to the greater of (a) the Prime Rate in effect on such day and (b) the Federal Funds Effective Rate in effect on such day plus 1/2 of 1%. Any change in the Alternate Base Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Effective Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Effective Rate, respectively.

  • CD Base Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

  • CMS Rate means the applicable swap rate for swap transactions in the Reference Currency with a maturity of the Designated Maturity, expressed as a percentage, which appears on the Relevant Screen Page as at the Specified Time on the relevant Interest Determination Date in question, all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Prime Rate of Interest means the prime rate of interest published from time to time in the Wall Street Journal as the prime rate; provided, however that if the Wall Street Journal does not publish the Prime Rate of Interest, then the term “Prime Rate of Interest” shall mean the rate of interest publicly announced by Bank of America, N.A., as its Prime Rate, Base Rate, Reference Rate or the equivalent of such rate, whether or not such bank makes loans to customers at, above, or below said rate.

  • LIBOR Base Rate means, for each Interest Period, the London interbank offered rate for six-month deposits in Dollars for value the first day of such Interest Period (or, in the case of the initial Interest Period, for value the Interest Payment Date occurring on or next preceding the first day of such Interest Period), as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum.

  • Adjusted Base Rate means the Base Rate plus the Applicable Percentage.

  • Alternative Base Rate means the rate that has replaced LIBOR in customary market usage for determining floating interest rates in respect of bonds denominated in Dollars or, if the Independent Financial Adviser or the Issuer (in consultation with the Calculation Agent and acting in good faith and a commercially reasonable manner), as applicable, determines that there is no such rate, such other rate as the Independent Financial Adviser or the Issuer (in consultation with the Calculation Agent and acting in good faith and a commercially reasonable manner), as applicable, determines in its or the Issuer’s sole discretion is most comparable to LIBOR. If the Alternative Base Rate is determined, such Alternative Base Rate shall be the Alternative Base Rate for the remaining Interest Periods.

  • Fixed Base Rate means, for each Disbursed Amount, the equivalent of the London interbank offered rate for six-month deposits in dollars for value on the Rate Fixing Date for such Disbursed Amount, expressed as a single fixed interest rate based on the fixed interest rates corresponding to the repayment installments of such Disbursed Amount, as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum.

  • Base CD Rate means the sum of (a) the Three-Month Secondary CD Rate multiplied by the Statutory Reserve Rate plus (b) the Assessment Rate.
