Annual Availability definition

Annual Availability total time in Proper Status over the given calendar year. Monthly Availability: total time in Proper Status over the given calendar month. The Service Provider logs each Major Incident including a description and the cause of the error and future preventive action. More Definitions of Annual Availability

Annual Availability means, in respect of any calendar year, a fraction the numerator of which shall be the number of hours which the Facility is Available during such calendar year, and the denominator of which is the total number of hours in such calendar year; provided that in the first calendar year of the Term, the denominator shall be the number of hours between Phase 1A COD and 2400 hours on December 31, and provided further that the Conversion Period shall be excluded from any calculation of Annual Availability.

  • System Availability means, with respect to any particular calendar month, the ratio obtained by subtracting Unscheduled Downtime during such month from the Total Monthly Time, and thereafter dividing the difference so obtained by the Total Monthly Time.
