Annual Allocation definition

Annual Allocation means the annual amount HUD allocates to the state of Iowa for CDBG activities.
Annual Allocation means the funds allocated to the ICB annually under section 223G of the NHS Act; APMS Contract means an agreement or contract for the provision of primary medical services made under section 83(2) of the NHS Act (including any arrangements which are made in reliance on a combination of that section and other powers to arrange for primary medical services); Area means the area described in the Particulars;
Annual Allocation means an annual allocation set out in Sub-schedule “D.1” (Table of Annual Allocations).

  • The Advisory Committee shall meet not less than quarterly to prepare a monthly schedule of estimated Product Water deliveries that coordinates MCWD's and CAW's rights to Product Water produced under this Agreement and ensures that the CAW Allocation and the MCWD Annual Allocation are fully met; provided, however, such schedule shall recognize the priority of CAW to 10 MGD of Product Water during CAW's Peak Demand Period (the “Water Delivery Schedule”).
