Annual Accounts and Reports means those profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, group accounts (if any) and directors' and auditor's reports for each financial year of the Company as are required by the Statutes to be laid before the Company in general meeting;

  • Annual Accounts means the accounts of the licensee prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and/or in such other manner as may be directed by the Commission in terms of the provisions of the Act;

  • Audited Accounts means the report and audited accounts of the Company and of any Group Company and the audited consolidated accounts of the Group (if any) for the relevant Financial Year;

  • Management Accounts means unaudited accounts which shall incorporate a profit and loss statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet.

  • Management Accounts Date means 30 September 2017;

  • Trust Fiscal Year means the period commencing on March 1 of any year and ending on February 28 (or February 29, if applicable) of the following year.

  • Financial Contribution means a contribution from an implementing partner in the form of own risk-taking capacity that is provided on a pari passu basis with the EU guarantee or in another form that allows an efficient implementation of the InvestEU Programme while ensuring appropriate alignment of interest;

  • Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.

  • Statement of Account means the consolidated statement of account, or statement of account, issued by us every month to you setting out transactions of your Account(s).

  • Tax Returns The federal income tax return on Internal Revenue Service Form 1066, U.S. Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit Income Tax Return, including Schedule Q thereto, Quarterly Notice to Residual Interest Holders of the REMIC Taxable Income or Net Loss Allocation, or any successor forms, to be filed by the Trustee on behalf of each REMIC, together with any and all other information reports or returns that may be required to be furnished to the Certificateholders or filed with the Internal Revenue Service or any other governmental taxing authority under any applicable provisions of federal, state or local tax laws.

  • Individual Account Means the account established and maintained under this Plan for each Participant in accordance with Section 4.01.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Fiscal Year End means the end of each Fiscal Year.

  • Accounting Information means (a) the annual audited consolidated financial statements of the Group and (b) the quarterly unaudited consolidated financial statements of the Group, each as provided or (as the context may require) to be provided to the Bank in accordance with clause 5.1.4;

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, the state where Borrower’s chief executive office is located, the state of Borrower’s formation and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Financial Reports means the Annual Financial Statements and the Interim Accounts.
